How Can I Return the Product I Ordered?

Internet sales customers have a “Right of Withdrawal Without Reason” for 30 days. You can exchange or return the product you purchased from Lucien Alexia within 30 days if it is unused, undamaged, and has its original box and tags.

After your order has been shipped, you will first receive an email from us. With this email containing the shipping information, you can track your order. Delivering orders as soon as possible is a sensitive issue for us. Therefore, after your orders are processed, they will be delivered to the shipping company within 2 business days at the latest. During campaign and discount periods, as well as special days, there may be a delay of a few days in the shipping time due to high demand.

With 28 years of experience in Izmir, our factory produces leather bags for major international brands such as Mark and Graham (USA), Stefanel (Italy), Shabbies, and Fred de la Bretoniere (Amsterdam). Our in-house brand, Lucien Alexia, exclusively crafted in Turkey, features 100% calf leather sourced from Italy’s Mastrotto and YKK zippers, boasting superior quality and certification.
